   1. How does PayWay works?

      When you shop online, choose PayWay when paying for your items. You'll be asked to log into your PayWay account using your email address and password. Click to confirm your payment and then you're done. By the way, you can also use your PayWay account to send payments and get paid online.

   2. Why use PayWay when I have credit cards?

      PayWay is an online merchant payment gateway that is solely meant to do the transactions online. Here you control your money. You don't need to reveal your password to anyone. When you use credit cards, things might not be same. You might have to reveal your Credit Card information as a result of which later you might face theft or fraud.

   3. What can I do with PayWay ?

      You can send money, request money, make purchases through our affiliates, collect payments directly from your website integrating our API etc.

   4. What is the benifit of PayWay?

      Its a merchant payment gateway primarily meant for Nepalese all over the world. First preference will be to serve Nepal and then we will start our service in HK, US and AUS as well. Its will be allowing you to make payments over the globe.

   5. Is PayWay free to use?

      Yes, its free to use. You can sign up for free and work as required. However, there are fees in some cases which you can view in the confirmation page before you make any final move to figure things out. Fees can also be evaluated from the fee page.

   6. Is PayWay is secure getway?

      Your financial security is our highest priority. You're protected from any unauthorized payment made from your PayWay account. Yes, PayWay is secured in lots of way. The data prevails accross the wire with encryption and is hosted in a dedicated server with Zend Code encryption. We maintain security at our end at our best. You need to be secured at your end too. You should not share your password or have predictable password. It is recommended that you change your passwords time by time.

   7. Who can use PayWay?

      Anyone can use PayWay. Its absolutely free to register. You need to go through our terms and condition before you register with us.

   8. What is the purpose of PayWay?

      The purpose is to help you pay and get paid over the internet with just few clicks.

   9. I registered to PayWay but still I am not able to login, why?

      After you register with PayWay, we send you an email with verification link to make sure that you are using your own email. You need to click on that link inorder to verify your email. Once you have verified your email, you can login to our system. If you dont see the email, then please check your spam/junk mail folder. If the email never reached you, then go to problem signing in link at the bottom of login box and request for new email verification link.

  10. Even after I have verified my email, my account status shows UNVERIFIED, why?

      Email verification and Account verification are two seperate things. For account verification you need to enter valid bank account information. Our system will pull data from your bank and will verify you automatically. This is just to make sure that your identity with us is correct and to make sure that you are doing transaction with other right peoples over PayWay.

      You can also get verified by sending us a scanned copy of your Passport or citizenship.

  11. How do I add bank account?

      Go to profile tab and then click on the link add bank account and add your bank account.

  12. How does my Bank account gets verified?

      Our system will crawl through your information provided to your bank and will verify it if it matches your name and other information. Once your bank information is verified, your user account also get verified.

  13. Can I add more than one bank accounts or PayPal accounts?

      Yes, you can add as many bank accounts as possible. But you need to be sure that you have entered it correctly.

  14. What is TopUp?

      TopUp is a process of adding funds to your PayWay account. When you TopUp your PayWay account, there might be a minimum transaction fee depending upon how and what gateway you used to TopUp. After you TopUp your user account, you can send and receive money to any PayWay users without any charges. Also, you can do the shopping for any PayWay affiliates and etc.

  15. Is there any other way to TopUp?

      All the TopUp options can be easily found in TopUp link.

  16. What are the PayWay fees?

      All the fees details can be obtained from this page. There is no fee in sending and receiving money to any PayWay users.
